About the Community:

Reagans Run started development in early 2020. It features small acre lots nestled on County Road 220, across from Horseshoe Acres. Phase One features three homes built by Triple CCC construction. This area is zoned for Anderson school district and only 15 minutes from the proposed High-Speed Rail depot! Quiet country living in a newly developed subdivision with new homes being built all around! Phase two is now available, contingent on the approval of the plat by Grimes county.

 

About the Developers:

The developers and co-owners of Reagan AAC1, LLC,  Alexander Stringfellow and Cameron Cunneen are Nancy Perry’s, (Navasota Realty Broker) sons. They have taken great pride in developing a subdivision that they are proud of. They all grew up in Grimes County and graduated from Navasota High School. With extended family vested in Real Estate in the area, this is one of many ventures for Reagan AAC1. Alex opened ABA Pools shortly after graduation. His company grew rapidly, keeping him in the Houston area. He now lives in Magnolia with his beautiful family. Cameron is a Texas A&M 2005 Grad. He started Triple CCC Construction while at A&M. His construction company requires him to travel throughout the US. He and his wife built a wonderful Barndominiumn home near Anderson, where they live with their three-year-old son, and are expecting two beautiful twins!
